The exposure compensation dialog doesn't allow to specify exposure compensation
value > x.5


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
example target E.V.: 1.8

1. Create a batch queue
2. Add white balance tool 
3. Introduce main E.V. of 1.8

3a. Introduce main E.V of 2.0
4a. Specify -0.2 as fine E.V.

Actual Results:  
main E.V. is reset to 1.0 and fine E.V is set to 0.5

Expected Results:  
compound E.V. should be 1.8
