Hi,

I don't believe it's a missing dependancy as some AVI files correctly have
their thumbnails generated. I'm using Manjaro (an Arch derivative) and have the
kdemultimedia-ffmpegthumbs package installed.

The problem seems to be when it tries to generate a thumbnail and fails. Rather
than just fail gracefully it will continually loop and consume all the CPU.
