digikam (4.1.0) on KDE Platform 4.13.2 using Qt 4.8.6

- What I was doing when the application crashed

In editing a photo I used the menu item Edit>Lens>Auto-correction.

This crash occurs with maybe one in ten photos. An affected photo crashes
everytime auto-correction is applied.
