[Digikam-devel] Video transcoding feature

You can start to develop with KDE4. Porting is not to hard to switch
on Qt5/KF5. But in all case, the tool cannot be integrated in KDE4.

At least it let you the time to finalize the tool. KF5 version of
digiKam is planed to next year, probably May.
