            Bug ID: 338647
Summary: Group by format shows two groups of RAW files instead
                    of one
           Product: digikam
           Version: 4.2.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: TableView
          Assignee: digikam-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: alphazo at gmail.com

I often use the Group by format function in combination with the "Show
sub-albums" feature.

I have noticed that most of the time, if I display a directory that contains
both JPG and RAW files (any brand) with such settings I end up with three
groups of pictures instead of two. All the files in this directory and
sub-directories are coming from the same camera and properly named like :
- 2014-08_Test_001.JPG
- 2014-08_Test_001.RAF
- 2014-08_Test_002.JPG
- 2014-08_Test_002.RAF
...

It is still obscure to me on how each of the two RAW groups are populated:

FUJI-RAF
5 elements

JPEG
40 elements

Fichier image RAW ( << RAF >>)
35 elements
