oh, ok - I just wondered about the status change without any further
information.

Actually, I resolved the problem by deleting my ~700MB face recognition DB for
now. I kept the file in case it helps for debugging. Since I'm still using the
same SQLite version, I suspect either the huge file size (and in turn any
indexes etc.) or something went wrong during an update (?)
