I Accidentally left CUDA support enabled when I built the OpenCV libraries. You
probably do not have a Nvidia graphics card or a recent enough version of the
CUDA libraries. Either way, that was my mistake and it should not have been
included. I will rebuild and make a new release in a day or so. The bug you
referred to is <a
href="https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338085">#338085</a>. Very sorry for
the troubles!
