The location information for an image is part of the image description, not the
rights and contact information for the creator. It should be on the description
tab and directly editable on a photo by photo basis (or for multiple photos at
once if multiple are selected) just like the title and caption. 

It doesn't make logical sense to have it with the copyright and creator contact
information and ONLY editable via templates or the clunky modal meta-data
dialog that only edits single images. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Use digikam to update metadata, including location, for a large number of
images.
2) Bang head on desk over and over again.
