pkg-config --libs liblcms2-dev
Package liblcms2-dev was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `liblcms2-dev.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'liblcms2-dev' found

liblcms2-dev has been installed.
