Dear maintainers,

If you look at the source for the digikam 3.5.0, there are only 30 or 31 .po
files in most of the folders. The number should be 40+ for fully translated
digikam and kipiplugins. This means that a lot of the plugins are untranslated
in the final, compiled program.
