[Digikam-devel] error running digikam and plugins not found error

Hello,
   I followed downloads section of digikam for code.I downloaded
dependencies using sudo apt-get install dependencyname-dev for
plugins.Example:sudo apt-get install libkdraw-dev.Is it not the correct way?
