When using geolocation (<image><geolocation>) not all tiles appear when using
Google maps. 

Usually, when zooming in our out the missing tiles do appear.

No such problems using Marble.

Additional information: when using google maps with Konqueror no maps are
displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
When starting digikam from a terminal window, the following error messages
appear:

QSqlDatabasePrivate::removeDatabase: connection 'ConnectionTest' is still in
use, all queries will cease to work.

Expected Results:  
All Google maps tiles to load
