The DIGIKAMSC_USE_PRIVATE_KDEGRAPHICS cmake flag is set to ON, even though the
default claims to be OFF in line 43 of CMakeLists.txt. Thus, internal
kdegraphics libs are always built regardless of the KDE version used.
