[Digikam-devel] query about bugs

Hello Gilles & Saurabh

I am the author of http://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/108382. Actually I am not
sure if this patch is suitable for GSoC2013. The patch is already finished and
only needs to be approved/tested by somebody before I can commit it. As for
testing, I'm using it regularly and it behaves as intended

Gilles, what do you mean with "it miss some menu entries to make shortcuts
visible to end users"? I'm already using the KAction class for the shortcut to
focus the tagedit-box, hence it's visible in the "keyboard shortcut" menu
("Assign Tag")
As for the "author keyboard workflow" as you mentioned it, do you think it
needs some more documentation? Maybe a "tip of the day"?

best, Markus

PS: unfortunately, some of the questions in the reviewboard are only answered
on the mailing list, I mistakenly didn't use the reviewboard for the answers.

Hello,
I wanted to ask if someone has to do some work so that he gets job(is
assigned) to solve that bug or any one wills to solve it is assigned to solve
the bug.I found one bug which I was interested in solving so how can it be
assigned to me.Also can anybody try to solve bug which is assigned to someone

Hello,
I have build digikam on my system and wanted to see the bugs so that I
can try to help.So can anyone provide link.
During searching for link I came across this
link:https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?list_id=537018&query_format=advanced&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=CONFIRMED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&product=digikam
Is it correct?
But it has entries since 2008 which are unsolved. So one should try to solve
more recent entries or any of them could be solved.

Thanks
