[Digikam-devel] query about bugs

Hello,
         I was referring to bugs at following list:
http://community.kde.org/Digikam/GSoC2013#Small_Projects_to_Introduce_Students

How are students assigned bugs so that they can solve and can bugs assigned
to other be solved by anyone else?
