[Digikam-devel] query about bugs

Hello,
    I wanted to ask if someone has to do some work so that he gets job(is
assigned) to solve that bug or any one wills to solve it is assigned to
solve the bug.I found one bug which I was interested in solving so how can
it be assigned to me.Also can anybody try to solve bug which is assigned to
someone else??
