My personel view on this issue: if _two_ people notice there is something
potentially going wrong, there must be a real cause.

Therefore, status should be "confirmed" rather then neglecting and saying
"unconfirmed". Or?

May I suggest to develop a testing szenario or test procedure. How could this
be alike?

Maybe we can exclude some drawbacks and misleading reasons.
