Pushed by cgilles into branch 'master'.

Inpainting and restoration tools : handup resize event from canvas widget only
when preview session settings are restored,
else greystoration configuration can be uncomplete/broken and generate infinite
loop.
Rename "None" preset as "Custom" to be more user friendly.
