I have the same problem. I removed libkipi9 using dpkg and --force-dependancies
so that KSnapshot and Kamoso would not uninstall as I need those. Then when I
tried to run those two they would not even run. They depend on libkipi9 to even
run. So I had no choice to reinstall libkipi9.

I assume I'll have to wait for an update of KSnapshot and Kamoso and they are
working on it?
