digikam (2.8.0) on KDE Platform 4.9.4 using Qt 4.8.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was removing picture without face from the list of unknown persons at the
time the library was searched for faces in the background.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Entering Name under the Picture was practically impossible: during typing the
whole entered text was selected and overriden by the following input (again and
again). I was able to input at most 2 characters (I feature 10-finger typing).
After entering one character the Popup-Window with proposals was visible for
about quarter of a second and disappeared.
