Of course this idea also includes to always write only minimised files, i.e. if
I haven't set any of:
    <rdf:Alt>
     <rdf:li xml:lang="x-default"/>
    </rdf:Alt>
don't write them.

Or if nothing digikam specific is used... don't include the digikam xmlns ...
same for Dublin Core, etc.
