Did install exiv2 version 0.23-5.1.1 (as it came with SuSE 12.3) explicitly
now. But what enhancement is expected now? Digikam behaves in same way. The
geolocation  data and other meta data are not saved to the CR2 picture.
Is there any thing that has to be initiated or setup? Adding CR2 to a list
(where, what)? 
Any help or hint is welcome.
