If Digikam is configured to not show any data in the thumb nails, the face tag
input field does not show.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Configure dialog, Settings -> Configure digiKam...
2. Select tab: Album View
3. Disable all choices in 'Icon-View Option', and close the dialog by pressing
OK button.

Actual Results:  
Input field for face tag should be visible.

Expected Results:  
Go to the People view, and if there are images scanned for faces, the thumb
nails will not show the input field on the thumb nail to enter a face tag.

If one in step 3. would enable all digiKam options, the input field will be
visible.
