To reiterate:
Create a tag hierarchy
- tag0
    | - tag1
          |-tag2
- tag1
    | - tag3

Move tag3:

- tag0
    | - tag1
          |-tag2
          |-tag3
- tag1

Delete the second tag1:

- tag0
    | - tag1
          |-tag2

Both tag1 and tag3 disappear, where tag3 should not disappear.

=> With Sqlite, I cannot reproduce this problem
