it does work if dragging from dolphin or from gwenview!
same problem applies to earlier versions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open google+ in chrome
2. drag picture into "what's new" box

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
picture should upload (like it does if you drag from gwenview or from dolphin!)
