Hello,

When using Digikam with mysql and not reading or writing tags to image, this
bug doesn't occure.

I think this is related to this bug :
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=283323.

So don't use "writing tags to metadata" solve it and keep tags hierarchy when
modifying it.
