            Bug ID: 300647
          Severity: normal
           Version: unspecified
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: digikam-devel at kde.org
Summary: F5 in image preview jumps to top of album
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: matze at welwarsky.de
          Hardware: Compiled Sources
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: Albums GUI
           Product: digikam

Pressing F5 inside an album view reloads the album and selects the topmost
photo of the album. While this looks correct at first glance it is totally
annoying. Normally, there is no reason to reload an album at all. I do it only
when I suspect that new image that should be there are not showing up. Then
most of the time I have scrolled to the last image in the album. Pressing F5
jumps back to the top, which is annoying.

It is especially annoying when you are previewing an image and press F5. I do
this when I suspect that the preview is outdated because I edited it outside of
digikam (e.g. in GIMP). F5 should then just reload the image preview, instead
it jumps to the first image in the folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Album View, scroll down to last image, press F3 to preview
2. Press F5 to reload

Actual Results:
Digikam jumps to first image in folder and previews it.

Expected Results:
Digikam should reload the preview
