Um, good question...
I am not interested in storage, but in selection of tags. Selection in both 
directions: when setting tags and when selecting (filtering) by tags. So 
that certainly means UI. And, frankly, I have no idea when multi-thread 
implementation means in this case :-)
You worked on that stuff ?
