Looks like the CMakeFile.txts is only in SVN repository? I was looking at the
source tar.gz for 0.22 and they are not inside there.

Andreas, is there a reason these aren't in the source archive? In light of
this, I'll may change KDE Windows build system to use SVN which would make prep
a little simpler.

Also, I will attach a patch with some minor changes to the CMakeFile.txts in
SVN. Most of the MSVC additions in SVN are unnecessary, so it appears someone
was doing some debugging, but committed it to the repository. Without the
changes in the patch compilation in KDE Windows is not possible.
