I guess I should first determine if the temp file I am seeing is one created by
exiv2. Is the temp file simply the name image followed by a 4 digit number? So
for a file 'IMG_1679.jpg' the temp file might be 'IMG_1679.jpg4744' where 4744
is a number that randomly changes after each restart of digiKam
