As far as I know, there is only those 2 services for search similar images:

https://www.tineye.com/
http://images.google.com/

After, it could be time-consuming to get meta from all returned pictures and
there is no way to be sure meta/location are right. Interface should allow to
choose which information to recover (typical like comment/gps or free meta
selection or text of search)
