            Bug ID: 301503
          Severity: normal
           Version: 2.6.0
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: digikam-devel at kde.org
Summary: No progress indicator or cancel button
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: linux at michael-holtermann.de
          Hardware: Unlisted Binaries
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: Maintenance
           Product: digikam

Today I've started face detection from the new Maintenance dialog.

Unfortunately, there is no progress indicator and no possibility to stop the
process, beside from closing the whole application. The footer shows the
message "no active process" ("Kein aktiver Prozess" in German), which confuses
a bit.

I did not check the other maintenance tools.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Maintenance Dialog
2. Start Face Detection
Actual Results:
Digikam consumes all CPU, but does not indicate any progress.

Expected Results:
A process indicator should be shown, with possibility to stop the process.
