Using 
a) opencv 2.3.1a-8.17 (not 2.4.1-2.3)
b) libopencv2_3 2.3.1a-8.17 (not 2.4.1-2.3)
c) kipi plugins 2.5.0-17.5 (not 2.5.0-146.4)
d) libkface1 2.5.0-17.5 (not 2.5.0-146.4)

digikam 2.7.0 runs well.
