Patch making libkface fully and properly optional.

Here is my revised patch. It builds properly without libkface, it's use now not
only is a build time detected option, it can be disabled via a CMake option
even if libkface should be available.
libkgeomap unfortunately is another matter as it encompasses a rather massive
GUI adaptation (it embeds the location view) which I personally don't feel
competent enough to remove.
