Summary: Single left click on album expands subtree
           Product: digikam
           Version: 2.1.1
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: christian.a.reiter at gmail.com

Version: 2.1.1 (using KDE 4.7.4)
OS: Linux

Small bug (or wrong-implementation):
When you left-click on an album, it expands the subtree of it.
This is not a common behaviour and against usability.
I don't have "single click open" in KDE SC activated, so I don't want this.
For expanding subtree there is the small ">" or "+" at the left of the album.

I hope this is not intended so as it is against all HIG (Windows, Mac, KDE,
even GNOME).

The problem is that when you click on an expanded album, it collapses it. This
can be VERY unconvenient loosing the last point where you have been working -
you have to open it again and scroll down to the album before.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
click on an album with subalbums.

Actual Results:
it expands all subtree.

Expected Results:
it should select the album, but not expand/collapse it.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-15-generic
Compiler: gcc
