Does it not show lens : 

1/ in digiKam command line test tool "testlensfuniface" ?
2/ in Image Editor ?
3/ in both ?

=> 1/ & 2/ i suspect a bug in digiKam lensfuniface
=> 3/ i suspect a bug in lensfun.
