[Digikam-devel] Digikam runtime error: couldn't create slave: "Unable to create io-slave:

I was able to successfully install DigiKam using the latest source. But
when I run the application I dont see any images on the thumbnails.

The log shows some error:
QSqlDatabasePrivate::removeDatabase: connection 'ConnectionTest' is still
in use, all queries will cease to work.

I figured out that the this error is pretty common for new installations.
And it might have to do something with KDE installation as a whole. Can
somebody tell me how can I correct it?
