Opened help and then opened the manual to read.Page came up but would not
advance past the start of the manual.Just flickered no matter what I tried to
move the page with.
Then after a couple of tries it went to a restart/bug report page.This happened
just a few minutes after a update of digikam and system files.

Reproducible: Always

Scroll through manual.
