Wonderful that this have been implemented, big thanks!

The dragging concept would mean that dragging would work similar to shift:
press the left mouse button on monday, then drag to select more days or weekd
(by dragging vertically). I think it works like this in some calendar views,
for example the korganizer agenda and month views.
