I changed:
# git clone http://anongit.kde.org/digikam-software-compilation digikam-sc
into
# git clone git://anongit.kde.org/digikam-software-compilation digikam-sc
and I manged to download repository. ;) (maybe a coincidence)
and coming back to the bug it still persist:
