I have compared the package installed in opensuse 12.1 kde and Gnome

libsqlite 3-0 in kde and gnome
libsqlite 3-0 - 32 bit also  in gnome and kde

lonodata-sqlite just in gnome

libqt4sqkite and libqt4-32 bit just in kde

perhaps it is normal , I have no idea
