When requesting fullscreen mode, via the icon, or via the menu or via the
shortcut, digikam crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1- start digikam
2- (optional) select a folder and a picture in it
3- click on the fullscreen button

Actual Results:  
digikam crashes

Expected Results:  
digikam should toggle to fullscreen mode
