Thank you for pointing out this detail.

For my opinion, a _manual_ grouping ability is quite limited for just the naked
number of files prevents manual handling. Please compare to my statistics:

... and you will recognize, that the number of Canon RAW-Files: cr2 = 631, crw
= 10960 (and other) prohibit to even think about manual interaction!!!
