The bug is that "Rebuild all thumbnails" does not care for rebuilding the face
thumbnail, not more, is that right?
Because you say in the text that after a (one) rebuild operation, consecutively
the face thumbnails will get rebuilt rebuilt after every (all from now on)
digikam restarts.
