If for some reason the database is not there wher DK expect it, there shows up
a window to point to a place were to store the database. The folder icon to
open a dialogue for new database location is idle.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Delete or move database and launch DK

Actual Results:  
There shows up a dialogue window to point to a place where to store the new
database. The folder icon to open a dialogue for new database location is idle
en DK suppose to use the former location.

Expected Results:  
Click on the folder icon opens dialogue
