Here is a proposal for a German translation: 
"Wählen Sie, was DigiKam tun soll, wenn Sie in der Leuchttisch-Ansicht einen
Rechtsklick auf ein Bild ausführen:"

(is is correct to translate "icon view" as "Leuchttisch"?)
