Bug fixed! Hurray! Thanks at all!

Steps to reproduce:
  1. emerge --sync
  2. echo "=sci-libs/clapack-3.2.1-r6" >>/etc/portage/package.keywords
  3. emerge -1 sci-libs/clapack
 => Digikam Refocus-Plugins works again! :)
