Could probably constituted as a duplicate of Bug 150471, but that was filed for
digikam 0.9.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) and not yet implemented, so it would be
nice to open it again.

As written before, a shortcut to "open with" --> application would be nice,
saving righ-clicking --> open with --> application.

Even more lovely would be to get something like The Gimps "dynamic shortcuts".
