I saw this too today, also likely had an update.

It's marked fixed, but will still trouble users.  Shouldn't somebody be
restarting something after the update so this works?  I'm willing to work with
my distro's KDE maintainers to make sure that happens, but I'm not sure what
the root cause is here.
