Always detect underexposed areas in "pure color" mode

Version: 1.7.0 (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

Sometimes the underexposure indicator paints as underexposed areas parts of the
image that are perfectly visible because only one component is very dark. IMO
underexposure should be always detected in "pure color" mode.

Reproducible: Always

Attached patch also applies cleanly on the latest svn version.
